An increasing consumer awareness of sustainable living is all pervading and retailers failing to meet these demands will fall behind. Alongside the customer-driven green pressure there’s also the need to control and reduce energy use and carbon impact within the dealership.
First broadcast on 17 May, Auto Retail Live discussed what today’s retailer needs to know in meeting consumer demand while also operating to the best sustainable standards.
The 40-minute webinar discussed our latest report; Sustainable Retailing, published in partnership with eBay Motors Group. Viewers can download a free copy of the report after the webinar.
The panel for the next Auto Retail Live webinar includes Andrew Hall, business development director at Lookers, Audrey Little, R&D executive at Arnold Clark and Phill Jones head of eBay Motors Group. All panellists will be available live to answer questions and give their views and thought about the latest in automotive marketing. The panel will be chaired by Auto Retail Network’s Al Clarke.
The focus for this webinar will be to provide the latest insight into eco-conscious customer demand and sustainable business operations.
Key topics for discussion include:
- Why the environmental element of an ESG strategy is vital to the future success of auto retail in the UK.
- How consumer behaviour and knowledge levels differ for electric car buyers over ICE buyers and how dealers can capture these sales.
- Internal efficiencies. With energy costs spiralling, what options are there to make the dealership more efficient?
