Throughout his career, Steve has focused on customer retention in a range of automotive environments. He has an extensive understanding of the opportunities, challenges and potential pitfalls to avoid when building more profitable business through stronger customer relationships. Steve speaks with the experience of more than 30 years in customer loyalty roles which culminated in developing a retention programme that delivered one sale for every 2.25 customer contacts. His insights, gained at Chrysalis Solmotive, CSL and within Mercedes-Benz finance and retail, flow from personal experience of what can go wrong as well as the prizes awaiting those who implement best practice in customer retention.

 

Graham Filmer, Director, Rocket Performance Group
Graham is a regular commentator in the automotive and financial media and regularly speaks at both industry and client events. Prior to forming Rocket he enjoyed a 20 year career that included senior sales and marketing roles in the UK and internationally, working client-side with major brands in the financial services, automotive and hospitality sectors.
Graham holds an MBA, Diplomas in Marketing and Direct Marketing, is a Fellow of both the Institute of the Motor Industry and Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Al has held senior executive roles with Ferrari, Maserati and the SMMT. Al started his career as a journalist and presenter with a decade working for the BBC and in commercial radio.
