Southwark Crown Court ordered Nigel Thorne to pay back nearly £200,000 on Friday after judge Martin Beddoe ruled that the amount had been paid to the Thorne family illegally when Thorne’s World of Cars, Cardiff went into bankruptcy in 2002 with £6m debts.
