Booking Terms & Conditions

Once we have received your booking, we will send you confirmation of your place(s). Any errors or changes in your confirmation must be notified to us in writing immediately.

Once you have booked your place(s), should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate(s) from your company may attend at no extra charge. You must put any changes of delegate names in writing to us prior to attending the event.

You can cancel your place(s) in writing, by replying to your confirmation email, up to and including the 6^th of August latest, you will then receive a full refund.

After this date, no refunds can be made, or invoices cancelled, and the full fee will be payable.

The exception to the above is if the event is cancelled by the organisers due to restrictions or guidance issued by HM Government on meetings/conferences relating to health and safety. In addition, should you be unwell with COVID symptoms immediately prior to the event, just notify us and we will issue a full refund. In this instance all places will be fully refunded within 14 days of the 18th of August 2021.

All places must be fully paid for in advance of attending the event. If they are not, we will refuse admission. No refunds will be given in respect of non-attendance at the event.

OUR COVID SAFETY MEASURES

We have taken some decisions which will be in place for our conference, so we manage the event as safely as possible, they are:

• We will be only using 26% of the seated capacity of the venue’s conference room.
• Our room is extremely well ventilated with plenty of natural fresh air.
• We request that you wear a mask when moving around the venue and when not eating/drinking. Our staff will be doing the same. You will not need to wear a mask when seated at your delegate table.
• We would also request that you do a lateral flow Covid test within 24 hours before attending the venue, even if you are vaccinated (these can be ordered free of charge from here: https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow… or are given out at many local pharmacies). Our staff will be doing the same.
• If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you please stay at home (if you inform us, we will arrange a refund of your ticket).
• We will be requesting hand sanitisation at registration and as appropriately necessary during the event.
• We will review these decisions on a regular basis and if we make any changes, we will advise our guests immediately.

Disclaimer

While the conference programme, agenda and speakers are correct at time of publication, Auto Retail Network (ARN) reserves the right to change details of the event, speakers, and the agenda without notice. Alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Where circumstances force the ARN and/or its subsidiaries to cancel a conference, the liability of the ARN and/or its subsidiaries shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for this event. ARN and/or its subsidiaries is not liable for any consequential loss.

Views expressed by speakers are their own. ARN disclaims any liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or in any documentation provided to delegates.

Professional photography and video production may be taking place at the event and these images may be used for publication. Please note that by attending the event you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any materials.
