Daksh Gupta and Peter Vardy help others

Marshall has become the first Platinum member of Menable, an organisation founded last year that supports wellbeing and mental health for men in the automotive industry. CEO Daksh Gupta has also become patron.
“Mental health is a very real issue,” he said. “Men typically are less comfortable talking through their problems… around one in eight men at any given time will be experiencing poor mental health.”
Becoming a patron will provide “a keen focus on men’s mental health issues by raising awareness and offering support across our industry”, pledged Mr Gupta.
Peter Vardy is also helping colleagues with the lack of certainty around holidays abroad – by purchasing two motorhomes for the team to use on staycations. “We have a booking app ready to launch this week and I can’t wait to see these campervans in use.”
The move has been highly praised with one commentator describing it as Peter Vardy “going above and beyond with regards to employee wellbeing”.
