Charlotte Murray, Commercial Director, Marketing Delivery

 Charlotte is the Commercial Director of Marketing Delivery and former Head of Marketing at JCT600, she joins the panel to share insight on how retailers continue to adapt their customer communication strategies to suit the changing needs of consumers. With over 25 years in the automotive sector, Charlotte brings a wealth of experience in retail marketing and sales operations, defining customer experience strategies relative to a variety of business objectives.

 

Tom Kilroy, CEO Keyloop

Tom is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and growth. Prior to joining Keyloop, Tom was an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting and previously spent 10 years the Chief Operating Officer of Finastra, a fintech software company with over 10,000 employees, more than 8,600 customers (including 90 of the world’s top 100 banks), and revenues of $2 billion.

 

James Smullen, Finance Director, Waylands Automotive

James is Finance Director of Waylands Automotive, being involved since its startup in 2017 where he has played a significant role in the company’s subsequent growth into a top 10O dealer Group.

With over 15 years Automotive sector experience across both owner managed and listed businesses, specialises in statutory reporting, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Waylands, he spent time with Marshall Motor Group and Ridgeway businesses, predominantly involved in the Ridgeway transaction throughout 2016.
