Hyundai questions Rockar sales strategy

Hyundai is watching the way rival brands have approached the shopping centre retail concept to see if it can improve on the way Rockar’s angels – the firm’s non-commission sales staff – sell cars.

Speaking to Auto Retail Agenda, Hyundai UK boss Tony Whitehorn said he was happy with Rockar’s performance so far, but would be watching rival shopping mall dealerships from Volkswagen and Seat, which are being run by traditional retailers.
